• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all interactions meet the high standards expected within the finance industry
• Assist clients with account queries, transaction disputes, payment processing questions, and general financial product information with accuracy and discretion
• Accurately record and maintain detailed client interaction logs and case notes within the company's CRM system, ensuring full compliance with financial data protection regulations
