Salary:  $112,841 – $119,223 (Plus 12.5%25 Super)

About the Role:


Join the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Unit (NMWU) and help shape the future of nursing and midwifery across Canberra Health Services. This dynamic leadership role combines recruitment coordination, operational management and team leadership to drive workforce excellence. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll help deliver innovative workforce solutions, strengthen governance, support best-practice recruitment and contribute to building a skilled, sustainable workforce that delivers exceptional patient care.
