Role Purpose
Provide efficient administrative, coordination, and communication support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) to enable smooth functioning of leadership priorities, ensure effective time management, and support execution of key business deliverables while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Role Accountability
- Manage and optimize the SMT’s calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and commitments
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of SMT office
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
- Act as the primary liaison between the SMTs and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Support SMTs in gathering data, insights, and briefing materials
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense management
- Monitor deadlines and ensure SMT’s commitments are met without delays
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for operational and compliance purposes
- Represent the SMT’s office with professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive organizational image
- Coordinate meetings and optimize time utilization
- Act as a coordination point between SMT and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely information flow across teams
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and related coordination
- Handle expense claims and reimbursement processes
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Certification in Office Administration / Executive Assistance

Qualification
