As a Junior/Mid Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll contribute directly to the growth of our teams by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the People team to ensure a great hiring experience while developing your expertise in recruiting within a fast-growing AI company.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow their career in Talent Acquisition while taking ownership of recruitment processes.
What you’ll do
Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
Source and engage talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities
Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring practices
Stay informed about talent market trends and share insights with the team
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field
- Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go-to-market roles is a plus
- Experience in startup, scale-up, agency, or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in sourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
