About the role

We are looking for an experienced talent leader to elevate how we find, reward and understand our people.
In this newly created role, you will build and own the capability that tells us who we need, where to find them, what to pay them, and what the data says about how we’re growing — starting in Germany, with international relevance from day one.
You will report to the Director People & Talent.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish Workforce Analytics — headcount, cost, productivity trends
  • Develop predictive models over time: attrition risk, hiring forecasting
  • Partner closely with HR Tech to build the data foundation
  • Translate people data into executive-ready insights
  • Support in Due Diligences and Audits

Workforce Planning

  • Own Workforce Planning for Germany — headcount forecasting, capacity gaps, hiring priorities

  • Feed planning insights back into TA prioritization, comp budgeting, and Analytics development

Essential Skills
