Job Description

Job summary
We are seeking a diligent individual to To Plan and execute the packaging operations in compliance with delivery, quality & safety.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. To Plan and execute the packaging operations in compliance with delivery, quality & safety.
  2. To involve in monthly planning & operational shift plan.
  3. To execute and ensure online documentation, closure and deposition of documents related to packaging and dispatch activities.
  4. To participate in investigation, protocol, SOP, report etc. preparation & review.
  5. To handle QMS (Change notifications, CAPA, incidents, IA, SOP, market complaints, BPR  preparation & revision) tasks for meeting the compliance.
  6. To involve in packing/ visual inspection project activities (Preparation of URS, involving in FAT, SAT & Qualification) and also to ensure the current Equipment life cycle management.
  7. To involve the new product Launch activities & Tech transfer etc. with necessary document preparation & review.
  8. To identify & ensure to provide the required training (operational & safety) to the manpower & new employees
  9. To collaboratively work with packaging development for Art work and data sheet review.
  10. EBR/ESP PASX execution/review of the document and closure intime as per the delivery schedule.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Bachelor’s in Packaging Technology

Minimum work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Packaging .
Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills
• EBR/ESP PASX execution/review of the document and closure intime as per the delivery schedule.
• To handle QMS (Change notifications, CAPA, incidents, IA, SOP, market complaints, BPR  preparation & revision) tasks for meeting the compliance.
• To execute and ensure online documentation, closure and deposition of documents related to packaging and dispatch activities.

Behavioural skills
• Strong team skills, actively contributing to collaborative efforts and fostering a positive team environment.
• Diligence and sincerity in tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a thorough and earnest approach to work.
