Supply Chain Lifecycle Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Lifecycle Specialist to join our Lifecycle Management team. In this highly visible cross-functional role, you will coordinate Supply Chain projects, drive operational readiness for new products and lifecycle initiatives, and ensure the successful transition of projects into routine operations. Acting as a central point of contact across multiple functions, you will help solve complex business challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional Supply Chain and Lifecycle Management projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, resources, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
Lead Operational Readiness activities for product launches, process changes, and lifecycle management projects to ensure seamless implementation into routine operations.
Take ownership of critical business topics, including the management of slow-moving inventory, driving cross-functional actions to accelerate product availability and improve supply performance.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Planning, Warehousing, Distribution, Master Data, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial functions to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Maintain and continuously develop the departmental Lifecycle Management project portfolio, including business-driven project initiation and prioritization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization by identifying process optimization opportunities and supporting operational excellence.
Ensure GMP-compliant implementation of project deliverables and support Change Control activities where required.
Prepare and communicate regular project updates and status reports for senior stakeholders across the site.
Qualifications:
University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Management, or another GMP-regulated environment within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Strong understanding of GMP requirements; experience working in highly regulated environments is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive complex cross-functional topics to completion.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work across all organizational levels.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
