Ventura Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Team Member to join us! This position plays an important role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently between our suppliers, warehouse, and production teams.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, communicates well with others, and is willing to learn and grow with the team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM (plus OT)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Receive, unload, verify and organize inbound shipments
• Load outbound shipments accurately and on schedule
• Communicate professionally with truck drivers and teammates
• Use scanners and warehouse software to track materials and inventory
• Keep production supplied with materials to run efficiently
• Maintain clean, organizes and safe dock and warehouse area
• Stay flexible, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs
• Work independently while contributing to team success
• Demonstrate reliable attendance, attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Forklift experience (2+ years)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
