About the Role

Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led medical group, is actively seeking an experienced, board-certified Breast Surgeon to lead and grow our established team of fellowship-trained Breast Surgeons at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida

 

About Our Program:

 

Our well-established breast surgery program is home to three highly skilled, board-certified, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeons and two dedicated Advanced Practice Providers. Our Comprehensive Breast Care Centers offer patients access to a full continuum of breast health services, cutting-edge diagnostics, and advanced treatment options in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

 

The Comprehensive Breast Care Center of Tampa Bay is a long-standing, NAPBC-accredited program and an integral part of BayCare Medical Group, within the BayCare Health System. BayCare is a not-for-profit, top-performing health system that ranks in the 86th percentile nationally on the IBM Watson Health rating, with three hospitals recognized among the nation’s Top 100.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

 

  • Fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology.
  • Board Certification in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology
