About the Role

Campus Honda Victoria is looking for an energetic, driven, and personable Honda Car Sales Advisor to join our sales team.

If you are tech-savvy, enjoy meeting new people, and are motivated by building relationships and achieving results, this could be the opportunity for you. As a Honda Car Sales Advisor, you will work with customers to understand their needs, introduce them to the Honda lineup, and help guide them through the vehicle-buying process.

Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a new career in the industry, we are open to training the right person. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the energy and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

 

A day in the Life

As a Car Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Honda brand.

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
  • Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
  • Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.

 

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
  • Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
