About the Role:
Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for energetic and reliable Line Cooks and Drive Thru Team Members to join our crew! If you love a fast-paced environment and take pride in serving up great food with a smile, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Come be part of a fun team where every shift is a new adventure!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to Sonic's quality and recipe standards
- Operate drive thru window, taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and workstation
- Assemble orders and ensure proper food presentation before delivery
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast, friendly service during peak hours
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidates!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years of age (varies by position)
