Job Title: Live Chat Operator

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $24 - $42 USD per hour



**Responsibilities**


• Engage with customers via our online live chat platform in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding our HVAC services, products, and pricing.

• Assist customers with enquiries about heating, air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality solutions.

• Effectively troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide initial guidance.

• Schedule service appointments and consultations for our team of certified technicians.

• Meticulously record customer details and service requests within our company database.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our company's offerings.

• Collaborate closely with the dispatch and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.



**Qualifications**


• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with live chat or digital communication experience.

• Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking logically under pressure.

• A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in using computers and a willingness to learn new software; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

• The ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

• An interest in the HVAC industry is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
