About the Role
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Salesforce QA Tester</strong> to support manual testing for the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. The QA role will be responsible for preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, validating business requirements, logging defects, supporting regression testing, and coordinating with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs to create test scenarios and test cases.</li> <li>Perform manual functional testing for Salesforce Service Cloud features, configurations, workflows, validations, UI behavior, and integration-related scenarios.</li> <li>Validate Salesforce functionality across different user profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types, and business processes.</li> <li>Support testing of Amazon Connect integration scenarios from a Salesforce functional perspective, including call-related data capture, screen pop behavior if applicable, and end-to-end process validation.</li> <li>Execute system testing, regression testing, integration testing, smoke testing, and UAT support activities.</li> <li>Log, track, retest, and close defects using the project’s defect management process.</li> <li>Work closely with developers, Developer Lead, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and client stakeholders to clarify expected behavior and resolve issues.</li> <li>Prepare test evidence, daily testing status, defect summaries, and QA sign-off inputs.</li> <li>Identify testing risks, data dependencies, environment issues, and gaps in requirements or acceptance criteria.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Experience in manual testing for Salesforce implementations.</li> <li>Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality and CRM testing concepts.</li> <li>Ability to write test scenarios, test cases, test data requirements, and defect reports.</li> <li>Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Good communication skills for defect clarification, test reporting, and stakeholder coordination.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile delivery and sprint-based testing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.</li> <li>Experience testing contact center, CTI, Amazon Connect, or telephony-integrated Salesforce solutions.</li> <li>Experience with test management or defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, qTest, Zephyr, or similar.</li> <li>Experience in financial services or insurance domain testing.</li> </ul>
