Job Description
What You'll Do
- Administer Salesforce and Litify including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, security, and licensing.
- Configure and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Optimize legal workflows and improve operational efficiency using Salesforce best practices.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs that provide leadership with real-time business insights.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user support requests.
- Maintain data quality, governance, and security standards.
- Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
- Coordinate system upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
- Create user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training and drive Salesforce adoption across departments.
- Recommend new Salesforce functionality that improves productivity and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Leadership on strategic technology initiatives.

- Successfully manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
- Minimum 2 years administering Litify.
- Experience administering Sales Cloud.
- Advanced experience building Salesforce Flows and process automation.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Roles
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Sharing Rules
- Security Architecture
- Experience creating executive dashboards and reports.
- Experience using Data Loader and Salesforce data management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) in New York City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Experience administering Litify in a legal environment.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Trailhead Superbadges.
- Experience supporting integrations using APIs.
- Working knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
- Experience with Metadata deployment tools.
- Experience participating in Salesforce implementations or migrations.
- Experience leading Salesforce enhancement projects.
