Purpose of the role

  • Connecting BSI Digital Trust Strategy to execution to ensure effective and timely delivery, in line with BSI strategy and client needs.
  • Driving adoption and impact and bringing market insight back into the organization by

aligning stakeholders across a matrix to improve consistency, focus, and speed to market.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Support Global Head of Digital Trust Assurance in developing and delivering the overall BSI Digital Trust portfolio plan Planning and managing new solution development (NSD) projects Working with internal and external stakeholders to clarify client needs and requirements Analysing relevant technical requirements to ensure new solutions address client needs effectively Managing development of core scheme content, liaising with Quality and Compliance team to ensure scheme solves business need, whilst meeting quality and compliance requirements.

Example content: manuals, calculators, checklists, technical content for client guides

Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure new solutions are onboarded effectively, allowing effective sales, delivery, invoicing and tracking Developing technical content to support internal assessor training. Supporting roll-out of assessor training. Drive continuous learning and enablement initiatives with relevant internal stakeholders. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for external training content Delivering audit days as required by business need

Key Performance Indicators

Planned new solutions launched on time New solutions onboarded effectively, allowing effective sale, delivery, invoicing and tracking of solutions in target countries in line with launch timetable

Travel requirements:

  • Will require some domestic and international travel

Language requirements: Business English

  • Business English, Business Chinese/Mandarin

Person Specification

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Trust and ICT sector
  • Experienced auditor for Information Security, other digital trust areas such as privacy, business continuity and digital services management are preferrable
  • Experience in international market enablement
  • (China) CCAA qualified ISO 27001 Auditor is ideal
  • Auditor for other BSI Digital Trust solutions e.g. other 27000/27001, CSA Star, Business Continuity is ideal
  • Initiative and flexibility to deliver solutions in ambiguous environment, defining challenging client needs
  • Analytical and stakeholder management skills
