Job Description

Here is what you will be doing:

The Chief Modeller- Electrical, performs routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates ability to take on more complex tasks.

An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline specific software.

  • Routine/repeated tasks accomplished within assistance

  • Receives guidance or direction from others with limited discretion to vary from established procedures

  • Contributes by performing routine, structure work assignments in specific job function, expanding complexity of tasks performed

  • Follow standard operating procedures/methodologies, using them to solve routine or standard problems.  Identifies problems in existing procedures.

  • General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures required for role

  • May need continued support on some technical issues

  • Applies experiences and skills to complete assigned tasks within area of expertise

  • Works under direct supervision performing moderately complex technical work utilizing instructions, drawings, sketches and results from computer systems and schematics. 

  • May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel. 

  • May perform some data entry.

Qualifications

Here is what we are looking for:

  • 5 Years relevant experience within a modelling function

  • An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline.

  • Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline specific software.
