Why do we need you?

To repair and maintain the physical structure of hotel using hand tools and power tools.

 
What you will do: 


1. Maintains hotel by performing minor routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, 

and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.  

2. Training resources for Engineers. 

3. Monitors performance compliance to accept building standards by Engineers II & III. 

4. Respond in a courteous manner to all guests questions, compliant, and/or 

request to ensure strong guests satisfaction.  

5. Replaces air conditioner filters.   

6. Notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to 

lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.   

7. May tend furnace, air conditioner, and boiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot 

water for guests. 

8. Execution of assigned tasks, projects, or programs, as instructed by the 

department’s management and ensure completion competently within a given 

time. 

9. To ensure any work requests that may come from the hotel guests or senior 

management are responded to withing a given time. All such requests are to be 

recorded along with what action is taken.  

10. Required to be always in uniform when working on the property, including 

wearing a name identification badge.  

11. Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service 

fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.    

12. All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is full-time with a rotating Mon-Sun schedule. Ability to work any scheduled day of the week, including holidays, based on business needs is required.
