What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll help create an inviting atmosphere while serving exceptional beverages with speed, accuracy, and a smile.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service from first pour to final cheers.
• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, craft beverages, beer, wine, and other menu offerings with consistency and quality.
• Recommend signature drinks, seasonal features, and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Treat every guest—including their pups—with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout every shift.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Bar Manager.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using our POS system.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support special events, promotions, and team initiatives that create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• A positive, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Most importantly...a genuine love for dogs and creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their people!
