About the Role

Description

Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Dining Room Servers to join our team for Breakfast and Special Events! This is your chance to create unforgettable morning moments and extraordinary experiences for special events that our guests will cherish.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide attentive, friendly service from start to finish.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down service areas to keep everything looking fabulous.
  • Showcase your efficiency by taking beverage orders accurately and delivering them with flair.
  • Keep the buffet and beverage stations fully stocked and ready to impress.
  • Clear and reset tables with speed and organization, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain the sparkling cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Be the go-to person for guests with menu questions, dietary needs, and special requests.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a passion for guest service that radiates enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility in your schedule to meet the needs of our bustling environment.
  • A team player who is reliable, professional in appearance, and dedicated to creating amazing experiences.
  • Minimum Age of 15
  • Starting wage is $13-16, depending on your experience.
