JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in instructing and supervising concierge team to ensure the smooth concierge operation
- Control the traffic at hotel front entrance area and ensure the front entrance is well presented to guests
- Handle parcels, letters and messages inflow and outflow
- Oversee the work of concierge team in handling guests’ enquiries, baggages, parcels and transportation
- Handle enquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalism
- Shift duties required
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Form 6 or above with certificate in hospitality management advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of Hotel Bell services experience
- Customer services oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Ambassador

相關經驗及資歷要求
- 中六或以上，修讀款待業、酒店管理或相關學科者將作優先考慮
- 最少五年相關工作經驗
- 擁有良好溝通技巧，以客為本及有團隊合作精神
- 具有團隊合作精神
- 操流利英語、廣東話及普通話
- 經驗較少的申請者會被考慮為高級禮賓大使
