As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a Current Operations and Digital Integration Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, and operational expertise as you work with senior leaders to execute day-to-day current operations (COPS) functions for a Marine Corps client operating across the Indo-Pacific theater. You’ll ensure accurate friendly force tracking, track and understand significant events (SIGEVENTs), and facilitate vital Marine Corps-level staff coordination. Importantly, you will serve as a bridge between traditional operations and emerging technology, leveraging enterprise data platforms and algorithmic tools to synchronize operational efforts and accelerate decision-making across the headquarters.

  • Experience with the integration of artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML) capabilities such as Maven Smart System, or Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) architectures into watch floor operations
  • Experience utilizing enterprise data platforms and analytics environments managed by the DoD such as Advana, for force tracking and readiness visualization
  • Experience building dashboards, decision-support tools, readiness reporting data, or data visualizations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or interagency groups
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
