Position Summary

The Server provides exceptional guest service by delivering food and beverages in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. This role is responsible for creating a positive dining experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment and supporting overall restaurant operations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Answer guest questions, make menu recommendations, and resolve concerns or escalate them to management when appropriate.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Follow all company policies and food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service, where applicable.
