Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Schedule:

  • Wednesday–Sunday
  • 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Occasional extended hours based on business needs

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our breakfast and lunch service. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing a high-performing team.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring outstanding service, maintaining restaurant standards, and assisting with the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily breakfast and lunch restaurant operations.
  • Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Address employee questions and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety procedures.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with opening, closing, staffing, and operational duties as assigned.
  • Work closely with hotel and restaurant leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage supervisory experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using technology; experience with Silverware POS and OpenTable is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 4–6 miles during a shift throughout the restaurant and hotel.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional extended hours.
