Associate Dentist

Our modern, patient-focused dental practice in Rego Park is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while continuing to develop their clinical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our practice is committed to comprehensive dentistry and exceptional patient care, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and team members.

You will work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team that values collaboration and respects the associate dentist’s clinical judgment, allowing you to provide the best care for your patients.

We are currently open two days per week, with plans to expand to a full-time schedule as the practice continues to grow, making this a great opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow with an expanding practice.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while building strong relationships with patients and contributing to a high standard of clinical excellence. Our practice has a strong patient base and consistent patient flow, allowing associates to build a productive schedule.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning
  • Diagnosing oral health conditions and recommending appropriate treatment
  • Providing a range of procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns, fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Performing dental implant placement
  • Able to deliver a full arch
  • All-on-4 experience is a strong plus
  • Educating patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
  • Collaborating with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

  • Licensed Dentist in good standing
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
  • Experience placing dental implants and full arches (required)
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional approach
  • Motivated to grow clinically and contribute to a thriving practice

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid dental license in New York.
  • Able to do implants
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must have experience in a clinical setting
