Wage: $23.00 to $24.00/ Per Hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our valued clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding and sharing detailed project requirements related to design, print, binding, and mailing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of client projects.
- Procure outside services as needed to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Facilitate internal meetings to communicate client requirements clearly and effectively.
- Work closely with the Sales team to organize and support client meetings and presentations.
- Support remote project managers by assisting in moving jobs through various stages of production.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and vendor communications.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in project management or customer service is a plus.
