Leveraging exceptional product development, regulatory, and supply chain capabilities, we make innovative products that invite creativity and celebrate the freedom to look how you want, when you want. Join us in shaping what’s next in beauty.

About the role:

You’re the connective tissue between our brand and our retail partners. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll help drive best-in-class retailer support, from channel advertising campaigns to recap decks, calendar maintenance, and day-to-day trade marketing execution across our US and International retail partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and marketing teams to make sure our retail partners, including Ulta, have what they need to win at the shelf and online.

What You’ll Do:

· Support the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of trade and retail marketing strategies across key US and International retail partners.

· Coordinate channel advertising campaigns from brief through launch, working with internal teams and retailer marketing contacts to ensure timely, on-brand execution.

· Build and maintain retailer support materials, including updating GTM and launch decks, campaign one-pagers, and social and influencer campaign one-sheets.

· Assist in building recap decks for retailers, pulling together campaign performance, sales impact, and key learnings for post-campaign reviews.

· Maintain and update the trade marketing calendar, tracking key retailer deadlines, campaign timing, and launch windows across accounts.

· Partner with the Ulta and Target account teams to support retailer-specific marketing programs, promotional calendars, and campaign requests.

· Coordinate with creative teams to ensure retailer-specific assets (banners, in-store signage, digital placements) are delivered on time and meet retailer specifications.

· Support in the tracking of budgets and spend for channel advertising campaigns, flagging discrepancies and supporting reconciliation.

· Assist with competitive and retailer landscape research and trend tracking to inform trade marketing strategy and identify white space opportunities within partner environments.

· Support execution of retailer-led events and new store openings, helping coordinate experiential launch activations as needed.

· Support the Director of Marketing with ad hoc reporting, presentations, and administrative needs.

· Work cross-functionally with social and influencer, sales, e-commerce, and creative teams to keep retail marketing initiatives aligned and on schedule.

Who You Are:

· Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable juggling multiple retailers, deadlines, and deliverables at once.

· A clear communicator who can translate retailer requirements and campaign performance into simple, digestible materials.

· Collaborative: a reliable partner to sales, creative, and marketing teams.

· Analytical: comfortable pulling data together to tell a clear story in a recap deck.

· Proactive: you anticipate needs and keep projects moving without being asked twice.

· Passionate about retail and beauty, with an interest in how brands win at the shelf and online.
