About The Company
Nearmap is a global property intelligence company redefining how organizations understand and act on the built environment. By owning the entire intelligence value chain—from high-recency geospatial capture powered by patented camera technology to accurate AI-derived analytics and guaranteed building materials data—Nearmap delivers a single, trusted source of truth for property decisions. Insurers, government agencies, and AECO organizations rely on Nearmap to transform property uncertainty into evidence, helping organizations move beyond fragmented data and manual processes with verified, frequently updated insight. These proprietary insights enable faster, more confident decisions across underwriting and claims, assessment and response, and planning and construction so teams can see truth, assess risk, and act with certainty. Founded in Australia in 2007, Nearmap stands as the definitive source of truth that shapes the livable world.
About the Role

Company Description

Property intelligence is reshaping how the world understands the built environment, and Nearmap is driving that. Our technology turns property uncertainty into decisive action, and our culture brings out the best in the people who build it.

Job Description

About the role

The Nearmap website is our highest-volume sales asset. This role owns what happens after someone lands on it: how we test, measure, and optimise the path from visit to conversion.

It's a data-first role. You'll architect the reporting infrastructure, run the global testing programme, and turn web analytics into roadmap decisions that move pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Own the global A/B testing programme end to end, from hypothesis backlog to experimental design, statistical validation, and commercial interpretation of results
  • Design and execute conversion funnel optimisation plans across trial funnels, lead pathways, and regional journeys
  • Prioritise the testing roadmap by pipeline impact, not traffic volume
  • Set the brief and quality bar for test variants, partnering with UX and web development on implementation
  • Design and maintain web performance dashboards for GTM stakeholders across growth, sales, digital, and brand
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly web performance analysis to the VP of Digital Marketing and senior leadership, with clear recommendations
  • Lead the implementation of attribution models that connect web behaviour to revenue outcomes beyond last-click
  • Identify and close measurement gaps across the funnel, and ensure data integrity across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and connected platforms
  • Act as the analytics and conversion authority for the GTM team, helping growth, sales, and digital teams make better decisions with web and performance data

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • 6 to 8 years in web marketing, CRO, or digital marketing roles in B2B SaaS, with a track record of measurable pipeline contribution
  • Proven ability to build and deliver multi-region web roadmaps connected to revenue targets, not just traffic or engagement metrics
  • Demonstrated ownership of A/B testing programmes end to end
  • Expert-level GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and proficiency in at least one major CRO platform (Optimizely, VWO, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of attribution modelling that connects web behaviour to revenue outcomes
  • Strong analytical acumen. You read the data, build the picture, and translate it into roadmap decisions
  • Experience presenting web performance analysis and roadmap recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience working across North America and ANZ markets simultaneously is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and relevant certifications (Google Analytics, CXL CRO, or equivalent) are valued but not a substitute for demonstrated commercial impact

If you're the kind of person who reads the data, builds the picture, and drives the outcome without needing to own every line of the build, we want to hear from you.
