Car Hauler/Rollback Driver (Non CDL - 2 Car Hauler)

- $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
- $1,500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days
- Monday - Friday 8-5 schedule
- No nights or weekends

Responsibilities of Car Hauler/Rollback Driver (Non CDL - 2 Car Hauler):
- Safely transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before transport and report any damage or mechanical concerns.
- Complete vehicle condition reports and delivery documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding routes, schedules, and delivery updates.
- Assist with staging and moving vehicles to support daily auction operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles.
- Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
- Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
Requirements
Requirements for Car Hauler/Rollback Driver (Non CDL - 2 Car Hauler):
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Able to pass pre-employment screening.
- 1+ year of Car Hauler, Rollback Driver, Flatbed, Tow Truck, or related experience.
- Ability to perform pre/post trip inspection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using GPS and mobile communication tools.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service and safety.
