We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position(s) in the Student Affairs Office:



Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Scholarships & Financial Assistance Section; 
• Assisting in the preparation and processing of financial aid documents and reports; 
• Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management;
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls; and 
• Performing any other duties as assigned. 

 


Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• HKDSE / HKCEE graduate or above, preferably with a recognised sub-degree or Higher Diploma; 
• At least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience; 
• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, detail-minded and responsible; 
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and Excel; and 
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese. Proficiency in English and Putonghua would be an advantage.     
 


Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
