ESaaS -Oracle Unity CDP

• 7+ years of experience in customer data platform (CDP) or marketing technology solutions, with hands-on implementation of Oracle Unity CDP across at least 2–3 full lifecycle engagements.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Unity data model, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation to downstream channels (e.g., Oracle Responsys/Eloqua, Adobe, or other martech).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs, including data mapping, unified customer profiles, and audience orchestration.
• Strong SQL and data integration skills (APIs, batch/streaming ingestion, ETL) with experience handling large-scale enterprise customer datasets.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops, solution architecture reviews, and guiding cross-functional delivery teams through implementation milestones.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy/compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and identity management best practices in a CDP context.
• Oracle CX/Unity certifications and prior experience in a consulting or implementation-partner environment strongly preferred.
