HVAC Technician

Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team. Responsibilities:

· Install and program new HVAC systems.

· Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.

· Perform routine preventative maintenance.

· Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

· On-call rotation.

· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and/or repair.

· Five years experience in repair preferred.

· Ability to handle physical workload.

· Good driving record. (Must be insurable.)

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· DDC knowledge and experience is a plus.

Required

· Ability to pass a background check.

· Able to pass drug screen for Federal contractor requirements.
