<p>Hi,&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We're an <strong>Amazon Delivery Service Partner</strong> bringing packages to Amazon customers throughout the Volusia &amp; Flagler area. &nbsp;Each day thousands of our neighbors order from Amazon and we work hard to bring customers their stuff, safely and on time 7 days a week 361 days a year. &nbsp;We prioritize safety &amp; customer experience when making our deliveries.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Drivers are at the core of our company. &nbsp;As the newest member of our Driver Team you'll deliver 300-350 Amazon packages each day. &nbsp;1UP Delivery Associates are able to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs but many are much lighter. &nbsp;Sometimes we need to go up stairs, navigate apartment complexes, drive in rural areas, deliver to offices and of course homes. &nbsp;<strong>We deliver in all weather and after&nbsp;the sun sets.</strong>&nbsp; If you can order an Amazon package to the address we'll safely deliver it. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We get around town in cargo vans that do not require a commercial driver's license. &nbsp; Although if you do have a CDL or other commercial driving experience please let us know. &nbsp;Android phones help us navigate and scan packages. &nbsp;If &nbsp;you've delivered using Amazon Flex or similar apps our process will look familiar. &nbsp;Safety is #1 and we use the latest technology to get our work done safely.</p><p><br></p><p>Successful 1UP Delivery Associates are organized, optimistic, customer-centric problem solvers who enjoy the physical and fast-paced nature of the work.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We have a variety of FT &amp; PT roles available. &nbsp;We run a flexible schedule and start at 11:15 am each day. &nbsp;Sample shifts include <strong>Sunday-Wednesday 11:15 am-7:15 pm and Thursday-Saturday 11:15 am-7:15 pm &amp; do vary based on the time of year.&nbsp;</strong>Sometimes we deliver until 9pm and keep delivering in the rain.</p><p><br></p><p>Pay is $20.75/hour. &nbsp;You'll have the support and autonomy to get the job done.</p><p><br></p><p>tl;dr</p><p><strong>What does a 1UP Delivery Associate do?</strong></p><ul><li>Drives a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers around Volusia, Flagler, Orange and Brevard County areas.</li><li>Commonly works 2-4 days a week.</li><li>Typical working days are 7-9 hours.</li><li>Follows strict safety standards on and off the road.</li><li>Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner; delivers with a smile!</li><li>Anything else needed to help the team &amp; station succeed</li><li>Uses Android devices to manage the delivery process.</li></ul><p><strong>What are the basic requirements?</strong></p><ul><li>Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license.</li><li>Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less.</li><li>Must be able to move boxes up to 70 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Must be able to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Must consent to a drug screening</li><li>Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>$20.75/hour</li><li>Benefits available</li><li>Tuition reimbursement available</li><li>401K plan with match</li><li>Stable work environment at a growing company</li></ul><p>We’re an equal opportunity employer.
