About the Role
【工作內容】
作為華邦的(中科)爐管設備工程師，你將致力於優化生產機台的品質及性能，排除生產過程中的異常狀況，工作內容包含：
1.保養日常設備，維持設備正常運作。
2.控提升設備稼動率、增加生產量並維持產能狀況。
3.判斷設備異常的原因，並排除問題。
4.針對潛在設備問題，提供相關預防措施方案。
5.改善安全衛生危險因子
6.ESG專案推動
