About the Role

Job Scope

รับผิดชอบการจัดเตรียม ความพร้อมของกำลังคน เครื่องจักร และควบคุมกระบวนการอัดเม็ด ให้เป็นไปตามกำลังการผลิตของเครื่องจักรและแผนการผลิต เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและทันเวลา ที่ต้องการ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  1. ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานด้านการอัดเม็ดอาหารสัตว์ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านการผลิตปริมาณและคุณภาพ
  2. ตรวจสอบการดำเนินการอัดเม็ดและควบคุมขนาดเม็ด ความแข็ง PDI ของอาหารสัตว์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานอาหารสัตว์
  3. ตรวจสอบกระบวนการอัดเม็ด Loss in Process
  4. ตรวจสอบความพร้อมเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการอัดเม็ดอาหารสัตว์
  5. ตรวจสอบการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักร ให้เป็นไปตามวิธีการปฏิบัติงานในกระบวนการอัดเม็ดอาหารสัตว์
  6. บำรุงรักษา ปรับตั้ง และตรวจสอบการทำงานของเครื่องอัดเม็ดอาหารสัตว์ประจำหะให้เครื่องทำงานได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
  7. เก็บตัวอย่างอาหารสัตว์ที่ผ่านการอัดเม็ดเพื่อนำไปตรวจสอบตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
  8. ตรวจสอบบันทึกข้อมูลการอัดเม็ด และข้อมูลการตรวจสอบตามมาตรฐานอาหารสัตว์ที่กำหนด
  9. สนับสนุนและติดตามการดำเนินกิจกรรม WCM, ระบบคุณภาพ, ระบบการจัดการต่างๆ
  10. ควบคุมและสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตนเอง เพื่อลดการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในโรงงาน
  11. ติดตามการดูแลพื้นที่การทำงานให้สะอาดเรียบร้อย
  12. จัดเตรียมและเบิกวัสดุการผลิตการอัดเม็ดให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน
  13. กำกับดูแลด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมของตนเอง
  14. กำกับดูแลด้านการปฏิบัติงาน โดยต้องคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมของเพื่อนร่วมงาน
  15. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์

  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี  สาขา เครื่องกล,ไฟฟ้า หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์: ด้านการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย   1-2   ปี
  3. สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน : โรงงานอาหารสัตว์ อ.แปลงยาว จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา
