About the Role
Job Scope
กำหนดแผนการผลิตอาหารสัตว์ และจัดทำแผนการผลิตพรีมิกซ์ รวมทั้งการจัดทำประมาณการใช้วัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอ และสอดคล้องกับแผนผลิต รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- จัดทำสูตรการผลิต (BOM D,Y,L) ให้ทันและสอดคล้องต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัตถุดิบ ราคาและ Standard Cost.
- จัดทำ Production Version ให้รองรับกับแผนการผลิต
- สร้างข้อมูล MRP View สำหรับวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าใหม่
- คำนวนต้นทุน Calculate Cost ให้สอดคล้องกับสูตรและไลน์ผลิต เพื่อให้สะท้อนต้นทุนที่เป็นปัจจุบัน
- จัดทำประมาณการใช้และกำหนดส่งมอบ วัตถุดิบ เคมีภัณฑ์ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้สอดคล้องและเพียงพอกับประมาณการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการผลิต ประจำวัน SAP, Middleware และปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- รวบรวม Order ในเครือ นอกเครือ และจัดทำแผนผลิต รายสัปดาห์
- สรุปรายงานการวางแผน การผลิต รายวัน รายเดือน
- ควบคุมปริมาณสต็อคสินค้าคงคลัง และอายุการจัดเก็บ
- จัดทำเอกสารระบบ ISO, HACCP, GHP, WCM, BTMS, BQM, IQA เพื่อรองรับการตรวจจากหน่วยงานภายนอกและภายใน
การศึกษาและประสบการณ์
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขา วศบ./ อสบ./ คอบ.สาขาอุตสาหการ/ วทบ. หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์: ในตำแหน่งอย่างอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน : โรงงานอาหารสัตว์ อ.แปลงยาว จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา
