About the Role

לדי.אר.אס ראדא טכנולוגיות, חברה בטחונית מובילה המפתחת ומייצרת מערכות מכ"מ מצילות חיים, מחפשת מנהלי פרוייקטים בתפ"י למוצרים בייצור סדרתי למפעל בבית שאן. במסגרת התפקיד תקבל.י אחריות מלאה על ניהול תכנון הייצור של משפחת מוצרי מכ"מ כולל:

  • תכנון, הובלה ובקרה של ייצור מוצרי החברה
  • תעדוף פעילויות במפעל ואצל קבלני המשנה תוך שמירה על יעילות המשאבים ועמידה בזמני האספקה ללקוחות החברה
  • תפעול וניהול של פק"עות ברצפת הייצור ותזמון קיוטים מול המחסן
  • בדיקות היתכנות ייצור וסימולציית חוסרים
  • איש הקשר מול מנהלי התוכניות בנתניה הכל הקשור למוצרים תחת אחריותו
  • ניהול ותכנון חוסרים בשיתוף שרשרת האספקה 

Requirements

  • תואר בהנדסה תעשייה וניהול/ כלכלה
  • ידע וניסיון בניתוח נתונים מתקדם באקסל – חובה
  • ניסיון בתפ"י/ניהול פרויקטים בייצור – ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות מחברה תעשייתית. ניסיון מחברה מתעשיות האלקטרוניות יתרון
  • הכרות עם מערכות ERP – חובה (PRIORITY יתרון משמעותי)
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
  • יכולת בינאישית גבוהה, יחסי אנוש מצויינים
  • יכולת עבודה בלחץ וקבלת החלטות
