The Role: Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide in our customers’ car-buying journey.
What you’ll do:
- Build genuine relationships and create a welcoming, stress-free experience
- Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
- Clearly explain vehicle features and financing options using strong communication skills
- Follow up after the sale to ensure exceptional experience and long-term customer loyalty
- Seamlessly transition customers into our Service Department to support them long after the sale

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
