About the Role
Job Scope
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาในการจัดการฟาร์ม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนการผลิตฟาร์มให้กับลูกค้า
- การควบคุมป้องกันโรค ด้านอาหารปลอดภัย เป็นสัตวแพทย์ควบคุมฟาร์ม จัดอบรมสัมนาวิชาการให้กับลูกค้าภายในและภายนอก
- เขียนบทความวิชาการ ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านสัตว์ ตามระเบียบบริษัท ติดตามการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
- ศึกษาหาความรู้พัฒนาตัวเองให้เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญอย่างมืออาชีพ ให้เป็นที่ยอมรับในวงการปศุสัตว์ บริหารการทำงานให้อยู่ในงบประมาณ
- เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญอย่างมืออาชีพ ในการแก้ปัญหาการผลิตที่เกิดขึ้นกับทางฟาร์มลูกค้าได้
- คิดค้น ออกแบบ รูปแบบงานใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิตและสร้างความยั่งยืนทางธุรกิจให้กับลูกค้าและเครือเบทาโกร
Job Details
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนการผลิตฟาร์มให้กับลูกค้า
- แก้ปัญหาการผลิตที่เกิดขึ้นกับทางฟาร์มลูกค้าได้
- ติดตามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพของสินค้า
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำการจัดทำฟาร์มมาตรฐานให้กับลูกค้า
- สร้างความเชื่อมั่นในผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ของบริษัทในเครือเบทาโกร
- ให้ความรู้และข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ของบริษัทในเครือเบทาโกร
- ประสานงานกับ Influencers และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดอบรมสัมมนาทางวิชาการ
- คิดค้นออกแบบรูปแบบงานใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิต
วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี
สาขา : สัตวแพทย์ สัตว์ศาสตร์ ประมง
ประสบการณ์ : 7-10 ปี ด้านนักวิชาการดูแลผลผลิต หรือ สัตวแพทย์ควบคุมฟาร์ม
Knowledge
- การจัดการการเลี้ยง (สัตว์ปีก, สุกร, โค, สัตว์น้ำ)
- เรื่องโรคสัตว์
- เรื่องอาหารสัตว์
- ระบบ Biosecurity
- การจัดการระบบภายในโรงเรือน
Skills
- การใช้อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเลี้ยง
- การเขียน พูด อ่าน ฟัง ภาษาไทยดีมากและภาษาอังกฤษดี
- การใช้โปรแกรมword excel power point ดีมาก
- การขับรถยนต์มีความชำนาญดี
- การสื่อสารที่ดีมีประสิทธิภาพ การนำสนอและการบรรยาย เป็นวิทยากรที่ดี
- ทักษะการโน้มน้าว สร้างแรงจูงใจ และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจต่อผู้อื่นและตัวเองได้ดี
