About the Role

ออกแบบงานพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่กลุ่ม shelf stable ทดลองสินค้าใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการของลูกค้าทั้งรสชาติ คุณภาพ และคุณสมบัติด้านต่างๆ ที่เป็นลักษณะของสินค้านั้น ได้ยอดขายและกำไรตามเป้าหมาย และโครงการพิเศษต่างๆ
Job Details
- วางแผนงานการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่กลุ่ม shelf stable ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานทางการตลาดและเป็นไปตาม KPI ที่กำหนด
- ประเมินและพิจารณาความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาสินค้าให้สอดคล้องหรือประยุกต์ได้กับโรงงานต่างๆ ทั้งในเครือ และนอกเครือ
- ประสานงานกับโรงงานต่างๆของสายธุรกิจอาหารเพื่อผลิตสินค้าใหม่ และร่วมติดตามตัวผลิตภัณฑ์เมื่อผลิตสินค้าใหม่ หรือพบปัญหาในสินค้าปัจจุบัน หรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสายการผลิต เพื่อให้สินค้าคงคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมดูแลการ Launched ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- พัฒนาสินค้าตามโครงการพิเศษที่ได้รับมอบหมาย, เตรียมสินค้าเสนอลูกค้าต่างๆ
Job Specifications
วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี
สาขา : วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร, พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์, เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร
ประสบการณ์ : 3-5 ปี (ประสบการตรงพัฒนาสินค้ากลุ่ม snack, retort จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
