About the Role
<div><strong>Institutional Sales Manager (<strong>Bengaluru)</strong></strong></div><div><br></div><div>We are looking for an <strong>Institutional Sales Manager</strong> to expand DSP’s market share and revenue with <strong>family offices, large corporates, and mid-sized clients</strong>. The role focuses on driving sales outcomes, strengthening relationships, and acquiring new investors in the institutional segment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Grow DSP’s <strong>AUM and revenue market share</strong> with assigned investors</li><li>Deliver results across <strong>gross sales, net sales, and market share</strong> in all asset classes</li><li>Reactivate existing clients and <strong>acquire new institutional investors</strong></li><li>Engage clients through <strong>data, insights, and regular updates</strong> (digital or in-person)</li><li>Advise clients on <strong>market developments and fund views</strong> to build recall</li><li>Use <strong>MIS, CRM, and market intelligence</strong> to drive effective sales strategies</li><li>Share timely feedback on <strong>competition and market trends</strong> with leadership</li></ul><div><strong>Knowledge &amp; Expertise</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Strong understanding of <strong>capital markets (equity and fixed income)</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>mutual fund products</strong> and institutional client needs</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>sales processes, macro-economic factors, and family office networks</strong></li></ul><div><strong>Skills &amp; Attributes</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Proven ability to deliver <strong>superior sales results across market cycles</strong></li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a <strong>hands-on approach</strong> to complex deals and clients</li><li>Strong <strong>communication, presentation, and relationship management</strong> skills</li></ul><div><strong>Experience &amp; Qualification</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>3–5 years</strong> of experience in investment sales, institutional business development, or distribution</li><li>MBA or equivalent degree (CFA, CWM, or CFP preferred)</li></ul><div><br></div>
