About the Role
<div><span>1. Commodity manager to do sourcing, supplier development, pricing and T&C negotiation for passive components (RLC/filter/Xtal /PCB/Connector and etc.)</span> </div><div>2. Project management to increase new RFQ hit rate<br>3. Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Quarterly RFQ<br>4. Resolve critical material shortage<br>5. Conduct synergy activities among parties internally in GROUP<br>6. Manage procurement agreement/VMI agreement</div><div><br></div><div>1. 4+ years’ experience in commodity management/sourcing/pricing </div><div>2. Ability to be innovative in supplier management and solution </div><div>3. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills in supplier management and contract negotiation </div><div>4.
