We are looking for health and wellness advocates with sales or business management experience to develop the Hand & Stone footprint in our 1300+ available trade areas. We are also #1 in monthly memberships per spa and #1 in revenue with five available profit streams. Hand & Stone’s proven business model is successful as it is because of it’s multi-faceted approach. At our foundation, we offer our clients a monthly lifestyle membership program that empowers members to take charge of their wellness with regular rejuvenating massage and facial treatments at an accessible price point. What we're looking for:
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a welcoming, friendly demeanor
    • Positive, energetic attitude, team player mindset
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all members and guests
    • Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
    • Answer phones, book appointments
  • The ability to SELL!
    • Memberships, gift cards, enhancements and upgrades
  • Maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment and appearance
    • Perform various other duties throughout the spa as assigned

What you need to succeed in this role: 
  • Knowledge of basic computer software. Will provide training (Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
  • Experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent personal appearance, great verbal and written communication skills
  • Promote the benefits of massage, skin care, and body toning service. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu of services offered
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, while remaining poised and professional at all times

Compensation: $0.17 - $0.25 per hour
