Test Automation Developer role with a focus on UiPath and mandatory experience using Mobile Device Manager for app automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in UIPath, Selenium, Appium, and Java, to join our Agile team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation scripts to ensure product quality across web, mobile, and RPA workflows. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and Java.
• Build automation workflows using UIPath mobile app using (Mobile Device Manager MDM) for RPA testing.
• Strong experience in core Java
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests across web and mobile platforms.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes.
• Ensure traceability of tests to requirements and maintain test documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate test automation into development workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Strong experience in Java-based automation using Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with UIPath and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) testing.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and Scrum Masters.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• UiPath
• Experience in performance or security testing tools is a plus.
• Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured is desirable
