This role requires mastery in Python, Django/Flask, and/or C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git, and focuses on strategic technical decision-making.<br><br><em><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></em></div><ul><li>Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems.</li><li>Set coding standards and lead code reviews.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.</li></ul><div><em><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></em></div><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science.</li><li>4+ years of backend development experience.</li><li>Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and/or .NET C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git.</li><li>Proven experience in leading large-scale software development projects.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Perfect English Language is a Must.</li></ul>
