About the Role

The San Francisco Office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented, ambitious litigation attorney to become part of our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience developing litigation strategy, supervising litigation teams and vendors, managing client relationships, drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as conducting witness interviews and taking and defending depositions. This role is for you if you enjoy conducting extensive legal research, formulating litigation strategy, and drafting pivotal motions that will influence high-stakes cases and complex litigation. Significant experience in labor and employment law and/or class action litigation is preferred; however, candidates with strong litigation experience and exceptional writing ability will be considered. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail, while meeting all case deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to formulate legal strategy and research and draft motions and supporting documents with minimal supervision or need for revision. We expect to consider qualified candidates within the range of $185k-$215k; decisions vary based on each candidate’s unique experience and other factors. Must be admitted to practice in California. Hybrid working flexibilities are available.
