📍 Lake Oswego, OR | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $109,000 – $144,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a PLS-Survey Project Manager to join our Lake Oswego Survey Team — someone who’s ready to lead, solve problems, and shape projects from the ground up. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing

    Lead survey projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, field crews, and office staff

    Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, and drafting

    Troubleshoot field issues and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis

    Oversee survey standards and processes across the team

    Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review

    Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for proposals

    Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed

✅ What You Bring

    Licensed PLS (4+ years preferred; OR license a strong plus)

    6+ years of combined field and office survey experience

    Proven client-facing and business development experience

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude

    Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, point cloud processing, and Trimble equipment a bonus

    Experience with municipal/government projects is a plus
