About The Company
It all started in July of 1964. Two long-time friends and high school classmates, Albert Broughton and James Harrell (better known as Abby and Skinny), opened the doors of the very first Abby's Pizza Inn on N.E. Stephens in Roseburg, Oregon. It wasn't long before word of Abby's spread like melted mozzarella cheese throughout the region, and a legend was born. In June of 1965, Abby and Skinny added to the legend by opening their second Abby's – this time in Grants Pass, Oregon. During the next eight years their operation mushroomed to include seven more outlets, each built around a simple, successful formula: create a friendly, family atmosphere. Maintain the highest operating standards. And serve great pizza. By 1997, Abby's Legendary Pizza locations could be found from Wenatchee, Washington to Medford, Oregon. Today, there are 37 Abby's locations serving hungry pizza customers throughout Washington and Oregon. Our restaurants continue to offer the family-friendly, casual dining environments that have served three generations.
About the Role
 

Assists management with crew training, floor management and is in charge when management is not present. Crew leaders preform hourly tasks providing direction and control as needed.

Duties include opening:

Cash reconciliation and bank deposits, supervise morning crew on set up of pizza make line and dining room. 

Independently supervises restaurant operation during slow periods in the afternoon

Evening, assists management  with floor management of hourly employees training at all times or as needed. 

A crew leader does not hire, fire, make contracts or agreements, schedule employees, or order supplies.
