The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently in client-facing roles, and demonstrate hands-on expertise in SQL query validation. Proficiency in Excel is essential for managing and validating the data throughout the testing process.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 14.9pt; text-align: left;"> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Perform <b>manual testing</b> of web applications to ensure quality, functionality, and performance.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Conduct thorough <b>database testing</b>, including <b>SQL query validation</b>, to verify data integrity and consistency.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Design, execute, and maintain <b>test cases</b> and <b>test scenarios</b>.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Work independently as an <b>Individual Contributor (IC)</b>, taking ownership of assigned tasks.</p><p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 14.95pt; text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Communicate effectively with <b>clients and internal stakeholders</b> to provide updates, report issues, and clarify requirements.</p><p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 14.95pt; text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;"> <b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Minimum <b>6 years</b> of experience in <b>manual testing</b> of web applications.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">At least <b>5 years</b> writing complex <b>SQL queries</b> for data validation.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Excel</b> for data management and validation.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Familiarity with <b>Agile/Scrum</b> methodologies.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).</p><p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 1.95pt; text-indent: -18.05pt; line-height: 107%; text-align: left;">Strong <b>verbal and written communication</b> skills.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Proven experience working independently as an <b>Individual Contributor</b>.</p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Prior exposure to <b>client-facing</b> roles. </p><p style="text-indent: -18.05pt; text-align: left;">Bachelor’s degree in <b>computer science</b>, <b>Information Technology</b>, or a related field.<br><br></p>
