About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader the Shift Leading Hand provides both technical and hands on support for all parts of the bakery operations process.
You will be hands on during manufacturing, ensuring safety and quality is maintained at all times.
As the 2IC you will step into the Operations Team Leader role when they are absent.
This role will be involved in manufacturing trials, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, identifying maintenance requirements on machinery and completing autonomous maintenance as appropriate.
As the need arises this role will be part of ingredient prep, line balancing as well as hands on supporting production.
