About the Role

Description

 

We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and technical support for multiple industrial projects across Houston, Beaumont, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in welding quality, NDE coordination, code compliance, and multi-project quality management within construction or industrial environments.

Requirements

 

Key Experience

  • WPS / PQR / WPQ review and compliance (ASME Section IX)
  • NDE report review (ASME Section V)
  • Tracking and managing weld NDE percentages and acceptance rates
  • Hydro & pneumatic testing (ASME B31.1, 31.3, etc)
  • Weld mapping, weld logs, shooter sheets
  • Coordinating NDE crews & managing repair cycles
  • Managing QC inspectors and defining roles & responsibilities per contract
  • Bluebeam (markups, redlines)
  • Reading & redlining isos, P&IDs, and support details
  • Ability to prioritize and manage quality activities across multiple concurrent projects

 

Client & Regional Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and third-party inspectors
  • Serve as the regional quality point of contact across multiple active projects
  • Oversee quality documentation, turnover packages, and client closeout
  • Strong field presence and clear communication with supervision, inspectors, and clients

Regional role – travel required (Houston, Beaumont & surrounding areas)
